Ingredients
- 8½ Cups All-Purpose Baking Flour
- a Portion Size of Cannabis Infused Maltodextrin Powder per potency preference. infused maltodextrin and non-infused baking flour should equal 8½ cups combined.
- 1 TBS Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 2½ Cups Vegetable Shortening
- a Portion Size of Cannabis infused Vegetable Shortening per potency preference Infused and Non-Infused Shortening should equal 2½ cups.
- 1½ Cups Instant Dry Milk Powder
Instructions
- You do not have to use infused Maltodextrin Powder AND infused Vegetable Shortening AND CBD Isolate Powder. You can use all three if you want or you can use one, two or more per your potency preference.
- In large bowl sift together all dry ingredients and blend well.
- Add in Infused Maltodextrin per potency preference, if infusing with this method.
- Add in CBD / CBG / CBN, etc., isolate powder, if infusing with this method.
- Sift and blend again until fully incorporated
- Cut in shorting (infused and non-infused combined) with pastry blender until shortening is evenly distributed.
- Mixture will resemble cornmeal in texture when cutting is complete.
- Put in large airtight container, store in cool dry space.
- Label Accurately with: (a) the name of the food, (b) the date of the preparation, (c) Cannabis potency per full batch and (d) Cannabis potency per individual serving.

- Cannabis Infused Maltodextrin Powder.
- CBD / CBG / CBN, etc., Isolate Powder.
- Cannabis Infused Vegetable Shortening. NOTE: You can use fully infused shortening if you want. You do not have to divide it into infused and non-infused portions if you want your potency to be stronger.
- You can use CBD or THC dominant infusions or a combination of both in ratios (1:1, 1:2, etc.) in your recipe based on your potency preference.
