Ingredients
- 24 ounces Salmon Fillets can be with or without skin
- ½ TBS Cilantro
- 2 TBS Basil
- ½ TBS Oregano
- a Portion Size of Decarbed Ground Cannabis Flower Toss-In per Potency Preference You can use CBD or THC dominant or a combination of both in ratios (1:1, 1:2, etc) in your recipe based on your potency preference.
- 4 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¾ tsp Lemon Pepper
- 1 ½ TBS Olive Oil
- a Portion Size of Cannabis Infused Olive Oil per potency preference You can use fully infused Olive Oil if you want. You do not have to divide the oil into infused and non-infused portions if you want your potency to be stronger. You can use CBD or THC dominant or a combination of both in ratios (1:1, 1:2, etc) in your recipe based on your potency preference.
Instructions
- Tear apart 4 pieces of aluminum foil and place on counter.
- Divide salmon fillets into four individual portions and place fillets on aluminum foil (skin side down).
- Adjust oven rack in oven two shelves below broiler.
- Turn on oven broiler to high.
- In a small bowl, blend cilantro, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add in decarbed ground cannabis flower, if using this infusion method.
- Slowly stir in olive oil to make a thick paste. Combine non-infused oil with Cannabis infused oil, if using this infusion method.
- Rub or press seasoning mixture into the fish (flesh side, NOT skin side).
- Wrap salmon fillets in aluminum foil.
- CAREFULLY Place individually wrapped salmon fillets directly on oven rack.
- Cook fillets for 10 minutes,
- Use tongs, flip salmon fillets over and cook other side for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve with rice, steamed asparagus and infused hollandaise sauce.

- Cannabis Infused Maltodextrin Powder
- CBD / CBG / CBN, etc., Isolate Powder
- Can use CBD or THC dominant or a combination of both in ratios (1:1, 1:2, etc) in your recipe based on your potency preference.
- Serve salmon with a side of Cannabis infused hollandaise sauce and drizzle sauce over the fish, rice and asparagus.
