
Melty Cheesy Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 TBS Butter
- a Portion Size of Cannabis infused butter per potency preference
- 1 TBS All-Purpose Baking Flour
- ¾ Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 Cup Cheese, shredded Can use Cheddar, Mozzarella or Blue Cheese for this recipe.
- NOTE: Do not buy pre-shredded cheese. Purchase the brick of cheese and shred the cheese yourself. The powder preservatives in pre-shredded cheese leaves an after taste and often the cheese does not melt or incorporate as well.
Instructions
- Prepare Double Boiler. Add water to the bottom pan and bring to a low boil.
- Place top pan onto bottom pan of double boiler.
- Add infused and non-infused butter to top pan and allow butter to fully melt.
- Add baking flour and whisk until baking flour has absorbed the butter.
- slowly add evaporated milk and whisk constantly until fully incorporated.
- Add cheese ¼ cup at a time. Wait until cheese is melted and incorporated before adding more cheese.
- Whisk continually until mixture is thickened.
- Serve.

- Used as a sauce over tater tot casserole.
- Used as a dip for chips.
- Any recipe mixture that calls for Cheesy Sauce.
