Ingredients
- 4 Cups All-Purpose Baking Flour
- 4 Cups Whole Wheat Baking Flour
- a Portion Size of Cannabis Infused Maltodextrin Powder per potency preference. NOTE: Maltodextrin powder is NOT a leavening agent. Do not replace baking flower with powder, rather add to the flower with your desired infused maltodextrin potency.
- 6 Cups brown sugar
- a Portion Size of Cannabis Infused Brown Sugar per potency preference.
- 8 Cups Quick Rolled Oats
- 3 Cups Vegetable Shortening
- a Portion Size of Cannabis infused Vegetable Shortening per potency preference
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all purpose baking flour, wheat flour, salt, baking powder & baking soda. Blend well.
- Mix in maltodextrin powder, if using this infusion method.
- Stir in brown sugar, infused and non-infused.
- With a pastry blender, cut in shortening, infused and non-infused, until evenly distributed.
- Stir in oats and mix well.
- Store in an airtight storage container in a cool, dry place.
- Be sure to label container with potency strength per portion size.
VARIATION
- You can use 8 cups of all-purpose baking flour if you do not have any wheat flour available.
