A variation of the basic cookie mix, this oatmeal cookie mix can be made to keep on hand to bake fresh out of the oven cookies any time you feel like having a treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups All-Purpose Baking Flour
  • 4 Cups Whole Wheat Baking Flour
  • a Portion Size of Cannabis Infused Maltodextrin Powder per potency preference. NOTE: Maltodextrin powder is NOT a leavening agent. Do not replace baking flower with powder, rather add to the flower with your desired infused maltodextrin potency.
  • 6 Cups brown sugar
  • a Portion Size of Cannabis Infused Brown Sugar per potency preference.
  • 8 Cups Quick Rolled Oats
  • 3 Cups Vegetable Shortening
  • a Portion Size of Cannabis infused Vegetable Shortening per potency preference
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all purpose baking flour, wheat flour, salt, baking powder & baking soda. Blend well.
  • Mix in maltodextrin powder, if using this infusion method.
  • Stir in brown sugar, infused and non-infused.
  • With a pastry blender, cut in shortening, infused and non-infused, until evenly distributed.
  • Stir in oats and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight storage container in a cool, dry place.
  • Be sure to label container with potency strength per portion size.

VARIATION

  • You can use 8 cups of all-purpose baking flour if you do not have any wheat flour available.
