Whole Wheat Baking Flour
a Portion Size of Cannabis Infused Maltodextrin Powder per potency preference.
NOTE: Maltodextrin powder is NOT a leavening agent. Do not replace baking flower with powder, rather add to the flower with your desired infused maltodextrin potency.

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all purpose baking flour, wheat flour, salt, baking powder & baking soda. Blend well.
Mix in maltodextrin powder, if using this infusion method.
Stir in brown sugar, infused and non-infused.
With a pastry blender, cut in shortening, infused and non-infused, until evenly distributed.
Stir in oats and mix well.
Store in an airtight storage container in a cool, dry place.
Be sure to label container with potency strength per portion size.
VARIATION
You can use 8 cups of all-purpose baking flour if you do not have any wheat flour available.
