  • ΒΌ cup Dried Calendula Flowers (if infusing your own calendula oil)
  • 3 oz Jojoba Oil or Olive Oil (if infusing your own calendula oil)

Instructions

🧴 Prepare Calendula-Infused Oil

  • If you're making calendula-infused oil yourself, place dried calendula flowers (about 1/4 cup) into a glass jar and cover with jojoba oil or olive oil (about 3 oz).

Betsy's Infusion Notes:

πŸ“Recipe Notes
πŸ“ Calendula Infusion: For best results, use dried calendula flowers rather than fresh flowers, as they are more concentrated in active compounds. You can use olive oilΒ as a carrier for the infusion if you prefer a more neutral scent.
πŸ“ CBD Oil: Choose full-spectrum CBD oil for the full range of cannabinoids, or CBD isolateΒ for a more neutral, non-THC option.
πŸ“Storage: Store the oil in a cool, dark place. This oil should last for about 6 monthsΒ with proper storage.
πŸ“Patch Test: If you are unsure about any of the essential oils, it’s best to perform a patch test before applying the oil to larger areas of the skin.
πŸ“ Therapeutic Benefits
This Calendula-CBD Skin Therapy Oil is perfect for professional massage therapists treating clients with dry skin, eczema, or inflammation. Calendula’s anti-inflammatory properties are enhanced by the calming effects of CBD, while the soothing essential oils promote skin healing and overall relaxation. Ideal for massages focusing on skin repair, relaxation, and inflammation relief.
