Betsy's Infusion Notes:

πŸ“ Recipe Notes
πŸ“ For Sensitive Skin: Always test with shorter exposure first. Steam no longer than 5 minutes initially.
πŸ“ Customization: Add fresh herbs like thyme or mint for a clarifying boost, or dried calendula for skin healing.
πŸ“ Don’t Use If: You have rosacea, broken capillaries, or a severe sunburnβ€”facial steam may aggravate symptoms.
πŸ“ Reuse Tip: Once the steam cools, strain and use as a mild facial rinse or base for a clay mask.
πŸ“ Spa Tip: Pair with a chilled rosewater mist post-steam for an elevated at-home facial.
This Chamomile Facial SteamΒ is an easy and luxurious way to decongest pores, nourish sensitive skin, and practice mindfulness through botanical aromatherapy.
