Instructions
Create Infused Herbal Oil (Optional for Deep Potency)
Combine dried arnica flowers and cannabis flower in a clean glass jar.
Cover completely with the almond, olive, and coconut oil blend.
Use one of the following infusion methods:
a) Slow Infusion: Let sit in a sunny window for 2–3 weeks, shaking daily.
b) Quick Infusion: Heat on a double boiler or in a slow cooker for 2 hours on low (below 180°F/82°C), stirring occasionally.
Strain the oil through cheesecloth or a fine mesh to remove plant matter.
Final Blend
Pour the strained, infused oil into a mixing bowl or glass measuring cup.
Add essential oils (lavender, black pepper, optional peppermint or camphor).
Add Vitamin E oil to help extend shelf life.
Stir well, then pour into a sterilized dark glass pump bottle or dropper bottle.
