  • Measuring spoons and pipette

  • 2 oz Cannabis infused oil
  • 10 drops Ginger essential oil
  • ยฝ tsp Cayenne Pepper Oil (or powdered cayenne in carrier oil)
  • 2 oz Jojoba oil (or sweet almond oil)
  • 2 oz Olive oil
  • 10 drops Vitamin E oil
  • 5 drops Black pepper essential oil
  • 5 drops Lavender essential oil

Instructions

๐Ÿงด Prepare the Base Oils

  • Infuse the Oils:
  • If using cayenne powder, mix 1/2 teaspoon of powdered cayenne with 2 oz (60 mL) of olive oil and let it sit in a warm place for about 24 hours.
  • Strain before use to remove the solids.
  • If using cayenne oil, skip this step and move on to the next.

  • Pour the finished massage oil into an 8 oz (240 mL) glass bottle with a secure lid.

Betsy's Infusion Notes:

๐Ÿ“ Cayenne Oil: For a more concentrated cayenne effect, use cayenne essential oil instead of powder-infused oil. You can buy cayenne oil or make it by infusing powdered cayenne into olive oil and straining it after 24 hours.
๐Ÿ“ Cannabis Infused Oil: You can use a CBD oil as an alternative if you donโ€™t want the THC effects. If youโ€™re infusing your own cannabis oil, ensure that itโ€™s properly decarboxylated (heated at low temperature to activate cannabinoids).
๐Ÿ“ Caution with Cayenne: If your clients have sensitive skin or allergies, do a small patch test before using. Cayenne can cause irritation in some people.
๐Ÿ“ Storage: This oil should last for 6 monthsย when stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
๐Ÿ“ Therapeutic Benefits
This Ginger-Cayenne Cannabis Massage Oil is ideal for professionals treating clients with muscle pain, chronic inflammation, or poor circulation. The warming effects of ginger and cayenne enhance blood flow, while cannabis provides calming relief. Perfect for therapeutic massages focused on relieving muscle stiffness or stress.
