Instructions

Toast the Baguette:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch pieces. Arrange slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Topping:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and half of the cannabis-infused olive oil. Mix well.

Assemble the Bruschetta:

  • Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.

Drizzle and Serve:

  • Drizzle the remaining cannabis-infused olive oil on top of the bruschetta before serving.
