A tangy-spiced tonic that supports digestion, balances gut flora, and enhances nutrient absorption.
🌿 This Cinnamon & Apple Cider Vinegar Elixir is a simple, powerful digestive support drink packed with prebiotic and anti-inflammatory ingredients. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which promotes the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and improves bile production for better fat digestion. Cinnamon contributes cinnamaldehyde and terpenes like eugenol, known for their antimicrobial and anti-bloating effects. The flavor profile is bright, tangy, and warming, with a grounding spiciness that makes it an excellent pre-meal tonic. This recipe supports gut flora balance, reduces gas and bloating, and can help regulate appetite and blood sugar.
