Servings: 2~1 chicken breast with glaze (~180–200 g cooked)
This savory-glazed chicken dish blends the tart floral notes of hibiscus with the earthy aroma of rosemary and the warm depth of roasted garlic. Hibiscus is rich in anthocyanins and polyphenols that may help lower blood pressure and improve arterial health. Cannabis-infused olive oil adds caryophyllene (known for anti-inflammatory effects) and subtle relaxation, while rosemary contributes pinene, which supports respiratory health and cognitive clarity. This is a bold yet balanced entrée that targets the cardiovascular and circulatory systems.
In a small saucepan, combine hibiscus tea, honey (or agave), and balsamic vinegar. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until reduced to a syrupy consistency. Set aside.
Season the Chicken:
Rub both chicken breasts with salt, pepper, minced garlic, rosemary, and cannabis-infused olive oil.
Sear the Chicken:
In a hot skillet, sear the chicken on both sides for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
Roast:
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Brush with the hibiscus glaze and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest & Finish:
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Brush with additional glaze before serving.
