  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk (canned)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (70% or higher)
  • 2 tbsp CBD-infused coconut oil (dose-adjusted to approx. 10–20 mg CBD per slice)
  • 1 tbsp rosewater
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp dried rose petals (culinary grade - optional)

  • Dried rose petals
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Dark chocolate shavings

Instructions

Make the crust

  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil (CBD-infused if desired) until a dough forms.
  • Press the dough evenly into a tart pan using your fingers or the bottom of a flat glass.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes. Let cool completely.

Prepare the filling

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the coconut milk until hot but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat, stir in chopped dark chocolate until melted and smooth.
  • Add CBD coconut oil, vanilla extract, and rosewater. Whisk gently to combine.

Assemble the tart

  • Pour the warm chocolate mixture into the cooled tart crust.
  • Smooth the surface with a spatula.
  • Garnish with rose petals, chocolate shavings, or flaky salt if using.

Chill to set

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm to the touch.
  • Slice and serve chilled or at room temperature.
