Instructions
Make the crust
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil (CBD-infused if desired) until a dough forms.
Press the dough evenly into a tart pan using your fingers or the bottom of a flat glass.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes. Let cool completely.
Prepare the filling
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the coconut milk until hot but not boiling.
Remove from heat, stir in chopped dark chocolate until melted and smooth.
Add CBD coconut oil, vanilla extract, and rosewater. Whisk gently to combine.
Assemble the tart
Pour the warm chocolate mixture into the cooled tart crust.
Smooth the surface with a spatula.
Garnish with rose petals, chocolate shavings, or flaky salt if using.
Chill to set
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm to the touch.
