A soothing herbal tea that eases digestive discomfort, relieves bloating, and supports gut health. This herbal infusion blends peppermint and fennel seeds, two time-tested carminative herbs known for their ability to reduce bloating, gas, and cramping. Peppermint contains the terpene menthol, which has antispasmodic and cooling effects that help calm intestinal muscles. Fennel offers the terpene anethole, known for its mild licorice flavor and ability to stimulate digestive juices and ease bloating. Together, they create a gently sweet, minty, and slightly earthy tea that supports the digestive system and gut motility, making it perfect after meals or during digestive upset.
