Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender flowers
  • 1 cups filtered water
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1-2 tsp lemon balm (optional, for added nerve support)

Instructions

Prepare the Herbs

  • In a small bowl, combine wild lettuce, passionflower, chamomile, and lavender. If you're using a tea infuser, you can place the herbs directly inside, or if you're using a strainer, you'll add them directly to the pot.

Boil the Water

  • Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil in a kettle or saucepan. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat.

Steep the Tea
