Equipment

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Organic Sweet Almond Oil (180 mL)
  • 1 ounce Fractionated Coconut Oil (30 mL)
  • 1 ounce Full-Spectrum CBD Oil (minimum 500 mg total CBD content) or CBD Isolate (30 mL)
  • 40 drops Lavender Essential Oil (2 mL)
  • 10 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil (Optional - 0.5 mL)
  • 10 drops Vitamin E Oil (For shelf life)

Instructions

Prepare Storage Container

  • Sanitize your glass jar or bottle with boiling water or alcohol, and allow it to dry fully.

Combine Oils

  • In a mixing bowl, combine sweet almond oil, fractionated coconut oil, and CBD oil (or isolate pre-dissolved in carrier oil).
  • Add essential oils (lavender and chamomile) and vitamin E oil.
  • Stir gently with a clean spoon or whisk until fully blended.

Optional Herbal Infusion Alternative

  • Instead of plain carrier oils, you may infuse your almond/coconut oil blend with dried lavender, chamomile, or CBD-dominant cannabis flower using a double boiler over low heat for 1–2 hours (strain before blending with essential oils).

Bottle & Store

  • Pour into dark glass dropper bottles or pump bottles to protect from light and oxidation.
  • Label with contents and expiration date (best used within 6–9 months).
