Instructions
Prepare the Avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
Blend
Use a fork or food processor to mash/blend until completely smooth with no lumps.
Add Liquids
Add coconut oil, olive oil, honey, and optional aloe vera gel and/or CBD oil.
Mix thoroughly until you get a smooth, creamy paste.
Add Essential Oils (Optional)
Add a few drops of your chosen essential oil and mix again.
Apply to Hair
Dampen your hair slightly.
Apply the mask from root to tip, massaging gently into the scalp and distributing evenly through strands.
Cover & Rest
Cover hair with a shower cap or warm towel and leave on for 20β30 minutes.
Rinse & Wash
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and follow up with a gentle shampoo and conditioner.
You may need two washes to remove excess oil.
