Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avacado (medium to large)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (virgin, unrefined preferred)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp aloe vera gel (optional, for extra scalp soothing)
  • 5 drops lavender or rosemary essential oil (optional)
  • 1 tsp CBD-infused oil for added scalp care benefits

Instructions

Prepare the Avocado

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

Blend

  • Use a fork or food processor to mash/blend until completely smooth with no lumps.

Add Liquids

  • Add coconut oil, olive oil, honey, and optional aloe vera gel and/or CBD oil.
  • Mix thoroughly until you get a smooth, creamy paste.

Add Essential Oils (Optional)

  • Add a few drops of your chosen essential oil and mix again.

Apply to Hair

  • Dampen your hair slightly.

Cover & Rest
