Ingredients

Instructions

Prepare the Salad:

  • Thinly slice the fennel bulbs using a mandolin or sharp knife, discarding any tough outer layers.
  • Core and slice the pears into thin wedges.

  • Optionally, toast the walnuts in a dry pan over low heat for 5–7 minutes, shaking occasionally, until golden and fragrant. Add to the salad.

Prepare the Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, cannabis-infused honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, fennel seeds, salt, and pepper.
  • Adjust the seasoning to taste. If you prefer a sweeter dressing, add more cannabis honey.

Toss and Serve:
