Instructions
Infuse the Base
In a small bowl or cocktail shaker, combine the ginger, chopped mint, lime juice, and cannabis-infused honey (or tincture).
Muddle or stir until aromatic and well-mixed.
Assemble the Mocktail
Fill two glasses with ice.
Pour about 3/4 cup kombucha into each glass.
Add 1/4 cup sparkling water to each (optional for more fizz).
