The blueberries and strawberries deliver a powerful antioxidant punch, which helps reduce inflammation and supports healthy blood pressure. The cannabis-infused honey adds a sweet, calming element while providing mild relaxation. The smoothie has a slightly sweet, creamy texture with fruity and nutty undertones from the berries and flax.Serving Size: 1/2 of the smoothie (about 1 1/4 cups or 250 ml)
In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, banana, ground flaxseed, oat or almond milk, and cannabis-infused honey.
