Ingredients

4 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
1 Whole Onions
2 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 TBS Olive Oil Infused or Non-Infused depending on potency preference.
a Portion Size of Decarbed Ground Cannabis Flower Toss-In per Potency Preference

Instructions

Add Olive Oil to a heavy skillet - May use Cannabis Infused or Non-Infused oil. Be careful and watch your heat on the stove top. Keep your heat at about medium, if you cook your cannabis on too high of heat, you could kill the cannabis benefits in your recipe infusion.
Add onions and cook until browned.
Remove onions and drippings and set to the side.
Brown ground beef in same skillet.
Drain excess fat.
Add salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder.
Add in CBD / CBG / CBN, etc Isolate Powders, if infusing with this method.
Stir until mixed thoroughly.
Remove from heat and cool.
Toss in Decarbed Ground Flower of desired potency, if infusing with this method. Mix again until fully incorporated.
Spoon into individual or family size portion freezer containers (zip freezer bag or vacuum sealed pouch).
Label Accurately with: (a) the name of the food, (b) the date of the preparation, (c) Cannabis potency per full batch and (d) Cannabis potency per individual servings.
Freeze.
Defrost mixture in fridge overnight for next day meal preparation or in a cool water bath several hours before use.
When defrosting for next recipe incorporation DO NOT MICROWAVE MIXTURE TO DEFROST. Microwaving this mixture will destroy any cannabis benefits you have infused in this meal preparation. Medicinal and recreational effects will be killed in the microwave. Never microwave any cannabis infused food.
Warm Hamburger Mix in a pan on stove top or in oven to maintain integrity of Cannabis Infusion when using in other meal recipes.
