Instructions
Infuse the Lavender🪻
In a small saucepan, heat the raw honey over low heat for 2-3 minutes to make it easier to infuse with lavender. Be careful not to overheat or boil the honey, as this can degrade its beneficial properties.
Add the dried lavender buds to the honey. Stir well and let it steep for 5-10 minutes, allowing the honey to absorb the lavender's fragrance and healing properties.
Strain the Honey🍯
After the lavender has infused, strain the honey through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the lavender buds. You should be left with a fragrant, lavender-infused honey
Add Rose Water and Coconut Oil🌹🥥
To the strained honey, add rose water and coconut oil. Stir until the coconut oil melts into the honey and everything is well combined.
Optional Enhancement
If desired add 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil to intensify the floral scent and healing properties.
