Instructions
Combine Infused Mayonnaise with non-infused mayonnaise per potency preference to equal

quart of mayonnaise.
Combine all ingredients, including mayonnaise, in a mixer or food processor.
Add Toss-In Decarbed Flower, if infusing with this method.
Mix by hand or blend with a mixer or food processor
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Mock Café Rio Dressing
Mince Jalapeños.
Chop Cilantro.
Squeeze juice from lime.
Add prepared ingredients to

quart of Ranch Dressing.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
