Ingredients

  • 1 Quart Mayonnaise
  • a Portion Size of Cannabis infused Mayonnaise per potency preference Regular Mayo and Infused Mayo should equal 1 quart of Mayo combined.
  • 1 Quart Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chives Minceed
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed
  • a Portion Size of Decarbed Ground Cannabis Flower Toss-In per Potency Preference

Mock Café Rio Dressing

  • 1 Quart Ranch Dressing (ingredients above)
  • 2 Jalapeños minced, seeds removed
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Juice from 1 Lime

Instructions

  • Combine Infused Mayonnaise with non-infused mayonnaise per potency preference to equal 1 quart of mayonnaise.
  • Combine all ingredients, including mayonnaise, in a mixer or food processor.
  • Add Toss-In Decarbed Flower, if infusing with this method.
  • Mix by hand or blend with a mixer or food processor
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mock Café Rio Dressing

  • Mince Jalapeños.
  • Chop Cilantro.
  • Squeeze juice from lime.
  • Add prepared ingredients to 1 quart of Ranch Dressing.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
