Instructions
Combine infused and non-infused butter, if using this method.
Combine infused and non-infused milk or cream, if using this method.
Add butter and cream cheese to sauce pan and melt over low heat until smooth and creamy (about 10 minutes).
Stir in milk and garlic. Simmer over low heat and stir constantly for 3 minutes.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight storage container and refrigerate until ready to use.
