
Amazingly Easy Apple Pie

Equipment
- Stock Pot
- Knife
- Vegetable Peeler optional
- Pie Baking Dishes If preparing your own pie crusts and not using store bought crusts
Ingredients
- 2 Pie Crusts You can prepare a homemade pie crust using our Pie Crust Recipe or purchase store bought pie crusts from the freezer section at your local grocery store.
- 5 to 6 Apples Peeled (if desired), cored and sliced
- 1 Tube of Sugar Cookie Dough Store bought from the refrigerator section
- ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
- Ground Nutmeg to taste
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- a Portion Size of Cannabis Infused Granulated Sugar per potency preference.
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350℉
- Prepare pie crusts.
- In a stock pot, add in peeled, cored and sliced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar (infused and non-infused).
- Heat apples until soft.
- Add apples to prepared pie crusts.
- Roll out sugar cookie dough. Use baking flour as needed to prevent sticking to counter or rolling pin.
- Cut the cookie dough in half and use half of the tube of dough for one pie, and the second half for the second pie.
- Place cookie dough on top of pie crust and apple filling.
- Seal edges of pie with sugar cookie dough.
- Wrap edges of pie with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
- Bake in the oven at 350℉ for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
