1CupGreen Dragon TinctureBoth Long Soak or Short Soak will work.
2CupsSugar
Instructions
Pour sugar into 8x8 glass baking dish.
When preparing this recipe, if increasing or reducing your batch, keep ingredients at a 1:2 ratio. 1 part alcohol to 2 parts sugar.
If you have not done so already, strain your green dragon tincture, separating the flower pulp from the alcohol using cheesecloth, coffee filter or French press.
Pour the strained tincture over the sugar.
Stir with the rubber spatula until alcohol and sugar fully incorporates.
Sugar will resemble the consistency of wet sand.
Place cheesecloth over the top of the glass pan to keep debris out of sugar while infusing over the next several days.
Leave glass pan on counter in a well ventilated area.
Stir sugar mixture every few hours.
Betsy Bot finds this process incredibly satisfying. Think sand trays in a therapist's office....
Depending on the air humidity of where you live, it could take 48 to 72 hours for the alcohol to evaporate off the sugar.
When all alcohol has evaporated from the sugar, place sugar in an airtight container.
