  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and infused ingredients: maltodextrin powder and infused sugar, if using this infusion method.
  • With pastry blender, cut shortening, infused and non-infused, into dry ingredients until evenly distributed.
  • Place in a large airtight storage container.
  • Store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
  • Be sure to label per potency infusion per half or whole cup portions.
