While boiling mixture on stovetop, in a small mixing bowl or spouted measuring cup, combine:
Cornstarch, water and maltodextrin powder, if using this infusion method.
Slowly pour water / cornstarch mixture into boiling sauce. A spouted measuring cup works best here. Continue to stir mixture while adding cornstarch mixture to boiling mixture.
This sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready for use. This mixture can also be frozen until ready for use.
Place in an airtight storage container or freezer zip bag. Label container with cannabis potency per serving.
